NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th January, 2024
[PART II-SEC. 3(ii)]
S.O. 88(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorized Occupants) Act 1971, the Central Government do hereby appoints, the officer mentioned in column (1)
of the table below being officer equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer of Government to be Estate Officer for the
purpose of said Act, and further directs that the said officer shall exercise the powers and duties imposed by or under
the said Act, with in the local limits of his jurisdictions in respect of the Public Premises specified in column (2) of the
said table.
