NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st October, 2025
F. No. QA-12012/8/2021-QA-FSSAI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section
43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. number 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely: -
In the table,
1. In 'A' related to NORTHERN REGION,
(1) under Delhi,
(a) at serial number 10, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted;
(b) at serial number 21, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted;
(2) under Rajasthan, at serial number 7, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be
deleted;
(3) under Uttar Pradesh, after serial number 15, the following entries shall be inserted in respective columns,
