In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption to Kuteshwar Limestone Mines of Steel Authority of India Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 707(E) dated 14.03.1993 and amended vide Notification No. S.O. 477(E) dated 04.07.1996 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works specified in the schedule to the said Notification. 2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:- 1. Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey - Member Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Qutr. 107 Po-Vishrampur Koliyari, District- Surajpur, Chhatisgarh. 2. Executive Director Establishment (Labour Laws), - Member Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Room No. 369, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi – 110001. 3. Shri Ranjay Kumar, - Member Qr. No. 6117, Sector-4/F, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand-827004. 4. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) - Member Convener Jabalpur. 5. Shri Amit Kumar - Member Coordinator Ministry of Labour and Employment Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001 3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows:- "To study whether there is justification for grant exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Kuteshwar Limestone Mines of Steel Authority of India Limited in the works specified in the schedule to the notification No. S.O. 707(E) dated 14.03.1993 and amended vide Notification No. S.O. 477(E) dated 04.07.1996 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the schedule to the said Notification." 4.
