No. QA -12012/8/2021 -QA-FSSAI. —In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1) of Section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the not ification number S.O. number 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely: - In the table, 1. In ‘A’ related to NORTHERN REGION, (1) under Haryana at serial number 1 1, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted; (2) under Punjab, for serial number 3, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: - Sl. No. Name, Regn. Numbe r and Address of the Laboratory Scope of accreditation (1) (2) (3) “3. Punjab Biotechnology Incubator, Mohali Reg. In ‘B’ related to WESTERN REGION, (1) under Gujarat, for serial number 1, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: - Sl. No. Name, Regn.
