L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-07082024-256110 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 76] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2024/SHRAVANA 11, 1946 4802GI/2024 MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 29 July 2024 S.R.O. 76(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions specified in clause (c) of section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereto annexed, being land lying in the vicinity of work of defence, namely Military Station Panchgaon, in the Districts of Gurugram and Nuh, in the State of Haryana, that the said land may be kept free from building and other constructions from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. 2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected at the office of the District Collector, Gurugram and the District Collector, Nuh, Haryana. SCHEDULE All the land comprised in the area lying within the distance of 50 metres (Fifty metres) from the crest of the outer parapet of the works of defence, namely Military Station Panchgaon situated in the Districts of Gurugram and Nuh, State of Haryana.
