L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-07052024-254067 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1815] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, MAY 6, 2024/VAISAKHA 16, 1946 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS (Delhi Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd May, 2024 S.O. 1908(E).—Whereas, certain modification which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2021/ Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) of Zone-E, regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide No.PLG/MP/0142/2022/F-20 dated 07.08.2023, as well as in newspapers on 09.08.2023 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub- section (3) of Section 11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice. 2. Whereas, no objections/ suggestions have been received within the stipulated time period, therefore the meeting of Board of Enquiry and Hearing was not required. 3. Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi -2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone-E. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone-E with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
