NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th February, 2026
S.O. 563(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 and in pursuance of
sections 4 and 6 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020), the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the
Ministry of Ayush published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.
2281 (E), dated the 11th June, 2021, namely:-
In the said notification,
In paragraph 2, in the table;- (a) for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto; and (b) under the sub-
heading "under sub-section (3) of section 4", for serial numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be substituted, namely: -
