NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January, 2025
S.O. 642(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India,
Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Land & Development Office No. A-42021/23/2017-Admn.(L&DO) dated 11th
September, 2024, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ashok Bawal, Dy. L&DO-VI being Gazetted Officers
of Government of India, to be the Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers
conferred, and perform the duties imposed on an Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his/
her jurisdiction in respect of Public Premises as detailed below:
