S.O. 3970(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub -section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994 -Customs (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), vide number S.O. 830 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: — In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to land fron tier of Bangladesh, in column (3) after item (63) and the corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), the following entries in columns (3) and (4) shall respectively be inserted, namely: — (1) (2) (3) (4) "(64) Nischintapur Railway Station in West Tripura District, Tripura Nischintapur (India) to Gangasagar (Bangladesh) Railway line.".
