To ensure the smooth functioning of the Directorate of Printing in the absence of a regular incumbent, the President, in pursuance of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 and sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, authorizes Shri Manoj Kumar Sharvar to exercise these vested powers until a regular appointment is made to the post or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
