Short title and commencement. —(1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Allahabad, Ranchi, Jabalpur, Patna, Lucknow and Dehradun Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
