No.01/89/180/13/AM-15/PC-2[A]/E-5910.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes amendment in Appendix 2Y (the list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT for goods to be utilized/consumed in manufacture of export products).
