The affected area is defined as all land within one hundred meters from the crest of the outer parapet of the Signal Transmitting Station, Juhu, Mumbai. These restrictions come into force from the date of publication of this notification, and a sketch plan of the said land may be inspected at the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Buildings and Roads, Santa Cruz, Mumbai District.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-05082026-275128 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 36] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026/SHRAVAN 13, 1948 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC.4] MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd August, 2026 S.R.O. 36(E)— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (VII of 1903), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Defence, number S.R.O. 150, dated the 15th May, 1976, published in Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4, dated the 19th June, 1976, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to continue to impose restrictions, specified in clause (c) of section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land situated in the District of Bombay, in the State of Maharashtra, described in the Schedule herein, being land lying in the vicinity of the Signal Transmitting Station at Juhu, Mumbai, in the State of Maharashtra, in order that the said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions. 2. The said restrictions shall come into force from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. 3. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Buildings and Roads, Santa Cruz, Mumbai District.
