L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-05062025-263614 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 323] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4, 2025/JYAISTHA 14, 1947 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (Directorate General of Employment) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th April, 2025 G.S.R. 366(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (Group 'C' Non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely: - 1. (1). These rules may be called the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (Group 'C' Non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2024. (2). They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (Group 'C' Non- Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019, in the Schedule, against serial number 1 relating to the post of Career Assistant (National Career Service), in column (7), under the sub-heading “Essential Qualification" for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: - "Master's Degree in Social Work or Sociology or Psychology or Disability studies from a recognised University".
