The above member of the Commission shall hold office from the date of assuming office up to the date of submission of Report or 31st day of October, 2025, whichever is earlier. 3. This order is in continuation of the Notification No. S.O.5533 (E) dated 31.12.2023 and Notification No. S.O.369 (E) dated 30.01.2024 with respect to constitution of Sixteenth Finance Commission.
