Excision of civil areas from the limits of Babina Cantt

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, after consulting the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and Cantonment Board, Babina, hereby declares its intention to exclude areas of the said cantonment described in column (2) of the Table given below and the merger of such areas with State local body: - TABLE +--------+-------------------------------------------------------------+ | Sl. Any objection to the above declaration by any inhabitant of a Cantonment may be submitted to the Central Government through the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command, Pune-411001, Maharashtra within eight weeks from the date of publication of this notification. 3.
