Deepti Gaur Mukerjee as chairperson to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, from the date she assumes her office as such and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1647 (E), dated the 5th May, 2016, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be substituted, namely: "1. Smt. Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, Chairperson, ex officio; " Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi [F. No. 05/03/2020-IEPF] ANITA SHAH AKELLA, Jt. Secy. Note.-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1647 (E), dated the 5th May, 2016 and subsequently amended vide numbers S.O. 3756 (E), dated the 28th November, 2017, S.O. 2282 (E), dated the 8th July, 2020 and last amended S.O. 3455 (E), dated the 13th August, 2024.
