(1) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2018, in rule 5, in sub-rule (2), for the words "one Member", the words "the chief executive officer" shall be substituted.
