This extension aims to enhance utilization, facilitate trade resilience, support Indian exporters, and mitigate logistics challenges arising from the continuing West Asia Crisis. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated March 19, 2026, remain unchanged.

In Para 7.2 of Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26 of the eligibility and validity criteria under Component II, the eligibility period shall stand extended upto 30th September 2026 for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention, to enhance utilization and facilitate trade resilience. 3. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 (as amended from time to time) shall remain unchanged. Effect of this Notification: The eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM RELIEF intervention are extended up to 30th September 2026 to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
