No. 2975(E) dated 28.07.2021 and F. No. PLG/MP/0046/2022/F-20/-O/0 DY DIRECTOR(PLG) MP AND DC dated 28.06.2023, were published by the Delhi Development Authority to invite objections/suggestions under sub-section (3) of Section 11-A. No objections were received for Zone-D, and only one general suggestion (not pertaining to the proposed land use change) was received for Zone P-I, thus no Board of Enquiry and Hearing (BoEH) meeting was conducted. The modifications, effective from July 4, 2025, involve two specific land use changes: (1) The land use of 7,850.90 sq.m (1.94 acres) for the proposed CRPF Transit Camp near New Delhi Railway Station is changed from Recreational (District Park) to Public & Semi-Public Facilities (Police Camp). Its boundaries are North: Tagore Road & Multilevel parking, South: Existing Railway colony, East: Existing Railway colony, West: Bhavbhuti Marg & New Delhi Railway Station. (2) The land use of 7,847.97 sq.m (1.94 acres approx.) at CRPF Campus, Bawana, above UER-I (80M RoW Road) and adjacent to the Western Yamuna Canal, is changed from Public & Semi-Public to Recreational. Its boundaries are North: CRPF Land, South: Green Buffer along UER-I (80M wide Road), East: CRPF land, West: Western Yamuna Canal. The notification specifies that any land identified for compensatory recreational use must be utilized for that purpose, and further changes in its land use require approval from the competent authority.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-04072025-264389 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2948] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 4, 2025/ASHADHA 13, 1947 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS (Delhi Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th July, 2025 S.O. 3015(E).— Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2021 / Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) of Zone D and Zone P-I, regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, as public Notice vide S.O. No. 2975(E) dated 28.07.2021 and vide F. No. PLG/MP/0046/2022/F-20/-O/0 DY DIRECTOR(PLG) MP AND DC dated 28.06.2023 respectively by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub- section (3) of Section 11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of said notice. 2. Whereas, no objections/ suggestions have been received within stipulated time period in respect of proposed Change of Land Use in Zone- D, therefore the meeting of Board of Enquiry and Hearing (BoEH) was not required. 3. Whereas, only one (01) objection/suggestion in respect of proposed Change of Land Use in Zone P-I was received which was a general suggestion w.r.t. publication in the newspaper and not regarding the proposed Change of Land Use. As per the decision of the Competent Authority, no BoEH meeting was conducted and the CLU proposal was placed before the Authority after sending a suitable reply to the applicant. 4. Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2021/ Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) of Zone D & P-I. 5. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2021/ Zonal Development Plan (ZDP) of Zone D & P-I with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
