R. 366(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), and after consultation with the Delhi Development Authority, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Development Authority (Posts of Commissioner and Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Development Authority (Posts of Commissioner and Secretary) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Delhi Development Authority (Posts of Commissioner and Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 2017, In the Schedule,- (a) in column (2), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- "06* (2024) *Subject to variation dependent on work load."; (b) in column (4), for the column heading and existing entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:- +------------------------------------------------+ | Level in pay matrix. | | (4) | +================================================+ | Level-13 in the pay matrix (Rs. 123100-215900).| +------------------------------------------------+ (c) in column (5), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- "Selection."; (d) in column (10), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) Two posts by promotion; (ii) Four posts by deputation through Central Staffing Scheme."; (e) in column (11), under the sub-heading relating to Promotion, after the word "Directors", the brackets and word "(Ministerial)" shall be inserted.
