Ravneet Kaur as Chairperson of the Competition Commission of India for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the date of attaining the age of sixty -five years or unti l further orders, whichever is the earliest. 2. The terms and conditions of her service shall be governed by the Competition Commission of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 20 03.
