Dinesh Kumar, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Karnataka, as Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge, or until he attains the age of seventy years, or until further orders, whichever is earliest; the appointment was made in exercise of powers under sub-section (2) of section 3 and clause (i) of section 5 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), read with clause (a) of sub-rule (7) of rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 10 of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, under File No. 3/2/2023-RE, signed by Surbhi Jain, Joint Secretary.
