Sh. P. S. Dinesh Kumar, Former Chief Justice, High Court of Karnataka as Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal for a period of four years with effect from the date of assumption of charge or till he attains the age of seventy years, or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
