NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2 9th September , 2023
S.O. 4287(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 13 of the Employees'
Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints the
persons holding the posts specified in co lumn ( 2) of the foll owing Table in the corresponding office specified in
column (3) thereof, to be Inspectors for the purposes of the said Act, the Scheme, the Pension Scheme or the Insurance
Scheme, having jurisdiction in respect of the factories and othe r establishments to which the said Act applies and
which are situated in the corresponding area specified in column (4) of the said Table, namely: -
