L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-03072026-274052 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3472] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 3, 2026/ASHADHA 12, 1948 4998 GI/2026 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND UBBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2026 S.O. 3607(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso of Clause (f) of Section 2 of the National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985) and in pursuance of consent of concerned participating States and in consultation with the Board, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments relating to the description of the areas in the National Capital Region as specified in the Schedule to the National Capital Region Planning Board Act. 1985 (2 of 1985): - 1. To the existing entries at Sr. No. 4 of the said Schedule as amended thereafter vide SI. No. 2 of the Gazette Notification of Ministry of Urban Development No. S.O. 2979 (E) dated 1st October, 2013 relating to the State of Rajasthan, the following entries are substituted: - i. The whole of Alwar district comprising of Tehsils of Alwar, Govindgarh, Reni, Lachhmangarh, Malakhera, Rajgarh, Tehla, Ramgarh, Naugaon, Thanagazi, Pratapgarh and Kathumar: ii. The whole of Kherthal-Tijara district comprising of Tehsils of Tijara, Kishangarhbas, Kherthal, Kotkasim, Harsoli, Tapukada and Mundawar; iii. The Tehsils of Kothputli-Behror district namely Tehsils Behror, Bansur, Neemrana, Mandan and Narayanpur included in NCR area. While Tehsil of Kotputli, Viratnagar and Pavta not included in NCR area. iv. The whole of district of Bharatpur comprising the Tehsils of Bharatpur, Bayana, Weir, Bhusawar, Rupbas, Rudawal, Uchain and Nadbai. v.
