The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2751] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 3, 2023/ASHADHA 12, 1945 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th May, 2023 S.O. 2874(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Railway Servants (Hours of Work and Period of Rest) Rules, 2005 made under section 136 of the Indian Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the Joint Secretary, Industrial Relations Division in the Ministry of Labour and Employment as the Appellate Authority to hear appeals under the said Rules.
