The Central Government, utilizing powers under Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013, hereby appoints Shri Randip Singh Jagpal as Whole Time Member (Law) of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). Shri Jagpal, currently serving as Executive Director at the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), will hold this position effective from the date of assumption of charge, until he attains the age of 62 years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
