NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th June, 2024
S.O. 2513(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Coconut
Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), the Central Government hereby appoint the following as the members of
the Coconut Development Board, for a period not exceeding three years from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette and for the said purposes, make the following further amendment in the notification
of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 21 (E), dated
the 12th January, 1981, namely: -
In the said notification, -
(i)
under the heading "Appointed under clause (f) of sub-section (4) of section 4", for serial numbers 5 and 6 and
the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
"5. Commissioner, Central Goods and Services
Tax (CGST), Kochi Commissionerate, C.R.
Building, I.S. Press Road, Kochi-682018.
"6. Director, Price Management Division (PMD),
Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of
Consumer Affairs, Food and Public
