L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-02042026-271536 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1648] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026/ CHAITRA 12, 1948 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd April, 2026 S.O. 1713(E).- In continuation of this Ministry's Notification No. [S.O. 2666(E), dated 20th November, 2017] constituting the Central Advisory Council under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and Notification No. [S.O. 3184(E), dated 13th July, 2022], the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the said Act, hereby reconstitutes the Council to the extent that the members at Serial Numbers 12 to 21 in the said Council shall stand rotated with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-, In the aforesaid notification No. [S.O. 3184(E), dated 13th July, 2022], for serial number 12 to 21 of the Table and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted namely: - TABLE +-----+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+-------------------+ | S.
