Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of completion of 20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat Summit) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of Twenty Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion completion of 20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat Summit. 3. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion completion of 20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat Summit and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] TWENTY RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “*” and denominational value "20" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: The face of the coin will bear the logo of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. At the bottom of the logo the inscription 'CELEBRATING 20 Years of VIBRANT GUJARAT' in English shall be written. The year ‘2003' and '2023' shall be in scripted on left and right side of the text ‘CELEBRATING 20 Years of VIBRANT GUJARAT'. The text “विकसित भारत @ 2047 के लिए अग्रसर गुजरात” shall be inscribed in Devnagari script on the upper periphery of the coin.
