After considering one received objection/suggestion and approval by the Delhi Development Authority, the Central Government exercised powers under sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act to implement the changes. The modification pertains to an area of 40.23 Ha in Village Gadi Khasro & Village Ibrahimpur in Sector-8B of Zone P-II. The land use is changed from previous allocations (Commercial 17.6044 Ha, Recreational 18.2721 Ha, Public & Semi-Public 3.4379 Ha, Transportation 0.6156 Ha, Water Body 0.3000 Ha) to new allocations including Residential (total 25.0436 Ha), Public & Semi-Public (total 1.9334 Ha), Recreational (total 1.4071 Ha), Commercial (total 0.4763 Ha), Industrial (total 1.9030 Ha), Transportation (total 1.5673 Ha), Government (total 7.5993 Ha), and Water Body (0.3000 Ha, no change). The boundaries of this area are defined as North: Hiranki village (LDRA), South: Proposed 80 m road (UER-III), East: Proposed 100 m road (UER-II), and West: Proposed 60 m ZDP road.

Whereas one objection/suggestion was received with regard to the proposed modification and proposal was also approved at the meeting of the Delhi Development Authority. 3. Whereas the Central Government have after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ZDP Zone P-II. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ZDP Zone P-II with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
