RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2025
F. No. S-16012/05/2023-L.W(B). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to
consider the Grant of exemption in the Bichapur Coal Mine, for UltraTech Cement Limited, Senduri Tehsil, Sohagpur,
Shahodol, Madhya Pradesh under Section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, against
Notification S.O.No. 2063(E) dated 21.06.1988 in respect of prohibit the employment of Contract Labour in the work
given the schedule to the said Notification.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:-

3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: -
“To study whether there is justification for grant exemption to Bichapur Coal Mines of Ultra Tech Cement Limited,
Senduri Tehsil, Sohagpur, Shahodol, Madhya Pradesh in the works specified in the schedule of the notification No.
S.O. 2063€ dated 21.06.1988 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the schedule to the
said Notification.”
4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Committee shall submit its
report within two months.
