In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption in the iron and Coal handling plants of Paradip Port Trust, Paradip Port, Odisha under Section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, against Notification S.O.No. 640(E) dated 04.07.2001 in respect of prohibit the employment of Contract Labour in the work given the schedule to the said Notification. 2.
