A temporary exemption is granted until September 30, 2025, for the manufacture, possession, and import of Permitted Delay Detonators used in coal mines, and suitable Detonators for oil well logging operations and seismic surveys conducted by oil and gas operator companies for oil exploration and production. Provided that such prohibition, manufacture, possession and, import of Permitted Delay Detonators for usage in coal mines and suitable Detonators for Oil well logging operations and seismic survey by oil and gas operator companies for oil exploration and production, shall not be applicable till 30th Day of September, 2025.
