Furthermore, the Schedule relating to the post of Joint General Manager, Grade-II is amended: column (4) concerning the Level in pay matrix is updated to "Level 13 (Rs 123100-215900)", and column (12) is updated to substitute references to the old pay scale "(Rs 3700-5000)" or "the pay scale of Rs 3700-5000" with "level 12 (Rs 78800-209200) in the pay matrix". The principal rules were originally published via notification number S.R.O. 58 dated March 28, 1994.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01052025-262811 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 7] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025/VAISAKHA 11, 1947 MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th April, 2025 S.R.O. 7(E)— In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby make the following rules to amend the Canteen Stores Department (Joint General Manager Grade-II), Recruitment Rules, 1994, namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Canteen Stores Department (Joint General Manager Grade-II) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They Shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Canteen Stores Department (Joint General Manager Grade-II), Recruitment Rules, 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: - "2. Number of posts, classification, and level in pay matrix. - The number of said post its classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule. 3. In Schedule to the principal rules, relating to the post of Joint General Manager, Grade-II,- (a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:- +--------------------------+ | Level in pay matrix. | | (4) | +--------------------------+ | Level 13 | | (Rs 123100-215900)." | +--------------------------+ (b) in column (12),- (i) for the brackets and figures “(Rs 3700-5000)", the words, figures and brackets "level 12 (Rs 78800-209200) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words and figures "the pay scale of Rs 3700-5000", the words, figures and brackets "level 12 (Rs 78800-209200) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted; Note. - The principal rules were published, vide notification number S.R.O. 58 dated the 28th March, 1994 in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4.
