A Member shall be entitled to receive daily allowance for attending the Session of the House: Provided that no Member shall be entitled to receive the aforesaid allowance unless a Member signs the register, maintained for this purpose by the Secretariat of the House of the People, on all the days (except intervening holidays for which no such signing is required) of the Session of the House: Provided further that the signature shall include attendance marked through any electronic or biometric means approved by Speaker and register shall include physical register or e-register generated through Software maintained for this purpose."
