NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th Feburary, 2024
Ο.Ν. 36(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby makes following amendment in its
notification No. 434/SKM-HP/2023(2) dated 3rd January, 2024:
"Against each of the Assistant Returning Officer as specified in column (2) of the Table below, the Assembly
Segments as specified in Column (3) of the Table is being added, in respect of which each Officer shall exercise
jurisdiction."
