CORRIGENDUM
Bilaspur, the 18th October, 2025
In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railway, South East Central Railway,
No. S.O. 4348(E), published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) No. 3989
dated the 8th of October, 2024 is as under—
S.O. 4910(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (37A) of section 2 of the "Railways (Amendment)
Act, 2008" the Central Government hereby notifies the project as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special
Railway Project in the States of Chhattisgarh and Odisha for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with
effect from date of Publication of this notification in Official Gazette.

Now, it is should be read as —
In exercise of powers conferred by clause (37A) of section 2 of the “The Railways Act, 1989" the Central Government
hereby notifies the project as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Railway Project in the States of
Chhattisgarh and Odisha for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from date of Publication
of this notification in Official Gazette.
