NAGBHIDKAR, Chief Administrative Officer/C/RSP 3 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 23rd March, 2026 NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20E OF THE RAILWAY ACT 1989 S.O. 1520(E).- Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) No.4500, dated 10/10/2025, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) Part-II section 3 sub section (ii), hereinafter referred to as the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely "Bhupdeopur- Robertson - Elimination of level crossing No.303 by construction of road over bridge with subway." in the state of Chhattisgarh. And, whereas, the substance of the said notification Number 4500, dated 10/10/2025, was published in the daily newspapers, Naveen Kadam (Hindi) Raigarh edition, Ispat Times (Hindi) Raigarh edition and The Hitavada (English) Raipur edition, on 01.11.2025 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act, And one objection was received within the set time period. After verification,0.928 ha.land should be acquired and increased land area may be acquired through a separate supplementary land acquisition process. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section I) of Section 20E of the said Act, 1989, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances, A.
