Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 29th July, 2026 S.O. 4194(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A ) of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such Authority under the said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway Project mentioned in Column (3) of the table below in the state of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh with effect from the date publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
