No. RGU/ADM-38/ORD/10 (Vol-II).—The Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, Govt.
of India vide its letter F. No. 35-4/2023-CU.I dated 21.08.2025 (copy enclosed), has conveyed that the Hon'ble
President of India, in her capacity as the Visitor of Rajiv Gandhi University (Central University), has been pleased to
approve the proposal for amendment in Statute 2(4) of Rajiv Gandhi University Act, 2006 (No. 8 of 2007) regarding
the revision in superannuation age of the Vice-Chancellor from 65 to 70 years as mentioned in the table below:
