Engineer, Co mmissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam, on the request of Airport Authority of India vide their letter No. AAI/VZ/APD/CIVIL/2022 dt:03.10.2022, hereby amend the Notification No.01/2012 - (CUSTOMS) (NT) (VSP) dated 05.01.2012 by declaring newly constructed “Li near ex pansion of Terminal Building” as a proper place for unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods including mail and passenger baggage under section 8(a) and specify the limits of the customs area under secti on 8(b) of Customs Act 1962 as indicated below: Sl.
