Engineer, Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam, hereby specify the area of M/s Visakhapatnam Port Logistics Park Ltd (VPLPL) Container Freight Station(CFS) located at Sy No.1 P & 2 P, PO: BHPV, Sheela Nagar Toll Gate (PCR Circle), near Mindi Rail Siding, Visakhapatnam -530012, Andhra Pradesh (India), as "Customs Area" for storage of containers and goods contained therein, imported through Visakhapatnam Port and for stuffing of Export Ca rgo and de -stuffing of import cargo exported/imported through Visakhapatnam Port. Provided that the said premises shall remain in complete control of M/s VPLPL and the sealing of containers and stuffing/de -stuffing of export / import cargo is done under Cu stoms Supervision. Further, in exercise of powers conferred under sub Section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962, I hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area of M/s VPLPL to an extent of 24 Acres leased by M/s Visakhapatnam Port Logistics Park L td (VPLPL) (as per the CFS Layout attached), Visakhapatnam enclosed by the boundaries as specified below: Northern Side: 10 feet boundary wall with barbed wire fencing of 2 feet on it. Boundary: VPT Land covered by Mindi Yard. Eastern Side: 10 feet bou ndary wall with barbed wire fencing of 2 feet on it. Boundary: : VPT land covered by Existing Road . Western Side: 10 feet boundary wall with barbed wire fencing of 2 feet on it. Boundary: VPLPL’s Domestic Yard . Southern Side: 10 feet boundary wall with barbed wire fencing of 2 feet on it.
