In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section 2 of section 26 of the National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research Act
Amends the National Institute of Technology Sikkim Statutes, 2017, by inserting a provision for appointing a temporary Chairperson and omitting Statute 17(15).
