In the said notification, for serial number 7, 8, 9 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall in particular be substituted, namely:- "7. Shri KSS Kowshik, Representative of Indian National Shipowners' Association" "8. Shri Milind V Kandalgaonkar, Representative of National Union of Seafarers of India" "9. Capt. Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.4609 (E) dated the 19th December, 2019.
