Shri Samarendra Mondal, General Secretary, Calcutta Port & Shore Mazdoor Union. 2. The Appointment of Members of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021. The appointment is valid till the date of validity of check -off, or until the attainment of age of superannuation of the Members, or till further orders, whichever is earliest. [F.
