S.O. 5801(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Marine Aids to
Navigation Act, 2021 (20 of 2021) read with rule 3, 4 and 11 of the Marine Aids to Navigation (Central Advisory
Committee Procedural) Rules, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints the Central Advisory Committee for
Aids to Navigation for a period of two years with effect from date of notification in the Gazette of India, comprising
the following persons, namely: -
