L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-TL-E-18062026-273517 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2929] | NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026/JYAISTHA 22, 1948 4263 GI/2026 | (1) [PART II-SEC.3(ii)] | THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY | 3 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 11th June, 2026 S.O. 3035(E).—Whereas, by the notification by Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board),number S.O.No.768 (E), dated 13.02.2026 published in the Gazette of India, Part-II Section 3 sub-section (ii), (hereinafter referred to as said notification) issued under sub-section (1) of section 20(A) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the Construction of Road over Bridge in lieu of LC 17 at Km. 337/30-32 between Jammikunta and Uppal stations in Karimnagar District in the State of Telangana. 4 | THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY | [PART II-SEC.3(ii)] And whereas, an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers Deccan Chronicle on 22ndFebruary 2026, Sakshi Daily News Paper on 22nd February 2026 with the approval of Sudhir Kumar Sharma,Chief Project Manager/ Gati Sakthi-I, Secunderabad, South Central Railway, under sub-section (1); Section 20A of this Act. Whereas, for Competent Authority, Revenue Divisional officer, Huzurabad, have objections received for Chelpur village of Huzurabad Mandal, Karimnagar District of Telangana State. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20 (E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in the Schedule have been annexed. To be obtained here for the purpose mentioned above; Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of this Act, the Central Government hereby declares on publication of notification in the Official Gazette, that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central government is free from all encumbrances.
