L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-TL-E-18042026-271903 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1876] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2026/CHAITRA 27, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Guntur, the 9th April, 2026 (Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) – Section – 20E) S.O. 1946(E). - Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways S.O.Number 408(E) dated the 22nd January 2026, published in the Gazette of India vide No 380, New Delhi, dt.28-01- 2026, extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, sub-section(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declaration its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto the said notification is required for the purpose of execution of the special Railway Project, Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing No.06 at Km 9/13-14 near China Palakaluru Village of Guntur West Mandal in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. And whereas stance of the said notification has been published in "Andhra Jyothi' and “The Hindu” on 05-02-2026 under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. No objections have not been filed within the statutory time limit. And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said act, the Competent Authority has submitted the report to the Central Government. Now, therefore upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
