NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 25th November, 2025
S.O. 5395(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008,(11th of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the table below as 'Competent Authority' to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway project of
"Doubling between Umra to Debari (Length 24.78 Km.)" of North Western Railway, in the state of Rajasthan
relating to sub division mentioned in column (3), district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
